Metabolic Drink:Mint Green

In this drink, the tea will do most of the work by oxidizing the fat. While mint and lemon will prevent inflammation and help metabolism.

How to prepare and drink it:

Add 7 cups of green tea to a jar.
Add a handful of mint leaves.
Incorporate a couple of lemons cut into slices.

Put the jug the previous day at night in the fridge and from the next day drink a glass every day, at any time you prefer. Do it for a week.
